Manouche Craft Bakery
Elektra together with Demicoli & Associates embarked on a new project, this time to finish Manouche Craft Bakery in the heart of St. Julians. Manouche Craft Bakery is everything about finesse of classical French cooking, whereby it retains a flair and passion for local ingredients and culinary traditions.
Elektra designers and Demicoli & Associates took into consideration the bakeries concept that is inspired by the eclectic ‘Manouche’ style of jazz from which the bakery takes its name. Manouche is an homage to rustic, traditional old-world bakeries and bistros. This was clearly brought out by the exquisite selection of light fittings that Delta Light amongst other brands to complement the interiors.
An Automation system was carefully selected to control the various light systems that are installed and to change light according to the time of the day. Besides, Legrand arteor wiring accessories where also incorporated to offer a stylish finish and contemporary look.
